In this certificate of completion course you will learn how to treat an ingrown toenail in its different presentation. Get hands-on experience using a practice toe to gain confidence in the skills obtained.
Certification workshop focuses on practical skills and knowledge for non-surgical treatment of ingrown and involuted nails using Onyfix® Nail Correction System. Content includes understanding pathophysiology, existing treatments, Onyfix® system's mode of action, efficacy, and hands-on training for correct application.
Focusing on practical implementation of the removal and reduction of the corn or callus. Using pictures and video, this course will give you a step by step treatment plan to ensure the proper and efficient removal of a corn/callus.
Participants will delve into the treatment of various skin and nail conditions of the feet using the evidence-based Podoexpert by Allpremed®. This includes understanding dermatological structure, the pathophysiology of foot conditions, diabetes-related implications, and utilizing Podoexpert through a review of clinical studies.
